So my first DT assignment for Serendipity is complete and let me tell you, this kit is fabulous! I created an altered squash album, 2 layouts, 3 cards and I still have lots of supplies left over! March's kits will be available starting March 1st, so go on over and check them out!

Feb Guest Designer - Magistical Memories

This month I was the guest designer for magistical memories. If I am honest, I think I chose the wrong month for 2 reasons. I was expecting to receive my package by the end of January so that I could start working on my projects, when it didn't come I alerted the owner. She explained to me how hectic things were since it was so close to CHA and I totally understood, plus she more than made up for it by sending me nice chipboard package to work with. This was great however, I wasn't announced on the site which was a little strange to me. I noticed that posts were put up for previous months asking members to please help welcome so and so as this month's guest designer, but that didn't happen for me and I was a little bothered by it, especially when the March guest designer was announced this month. Anyway, I still made sure to complete my end of the bargain.

Proof: Positive

Well, there it is y'all...I'm having another baby! This past Monday after a few days of sore breasts and lower back, the hiccups, and that dizzy/woozy feeling I decided to confirm what I already new. I'm still very early in the process, barely a month. I won't see my OB until March 23rd, but according to their calculations, I'm due Oct 22nd. My hubby and I are so excited. Our son just turned 3, so this is the perfect time for an addition to our family.

Kids Say The Darndest Things

It all started on Monday...I was getting Donovan dressed to ready to go to preschool when he defiantly proclaimed, "Mommy, I don't want to go to college"! Uh baby, you've just started preschool! What in the world does a 3 year old know about college? Probably watching too many Blues Clues episodes!

Yesterday, I got a double dose of his humor. He's been on this PBJ kick for a while now so he asked for a sandwich and then decided he only wanted to eat the jelly quarters. I was preparing dinner for Troy and me with my back to Donovan. Next thing you know I hear him saying look mommy, I'm rolling it. He was rolling the peanut butter quarters on the table with his hands. I told him to stop and eat his food. His reply..."look mommy it's a penis!" Talk about splitting your gut laughing!

He also decided to tell Troy, "Daddy if you keep talking, you're going to go to time-out!" What will he think of next?

The Face A Mother Can Love

This is my little man. He's so special to me! He's getting used to me pulling out my camera on a whim. Now he willingly poses, he even asks to have his picture taken and is so tickled with the fact that he can look at his pose right after I take the pic. Today he says "mommy take a picture of me...CHEESE!" He's such a little character!

Chipboard Explosion

Today was another great mail day, especially for a chipboard fanatic like me! I received my package from Crystle at magisticalmemories.com and check out all the chipboard she sent! I love their stuff! I have the pleasure of being the guest designer for this month, but there's only one problem...how do I chose which to use first?!!!

What's In A Name?

The name of my blog is one of the more popular phrases that I use on a daily basis. I have a ton, as seen on this layout, but this one has found it's way into conversations with men! LOL!

OK, I've finally caved in...

I've finally entered the new millenium and set up a blog! I can't say that I'm going to be good at keeping it up, but I'll try.

Today was a good mail day...I received my first DT kit from serendipityscrapbooks.com and this kit is "da bomb"! I can't wait to show off what I creat with it. The colors alone have me droolin'...brown, blue and orange...OH MY!
