I think I may be heading to the hospital either tonight or really early morning. I have been having some serious contractions, they are coming every 2-3 minutes- they started coming like that for about 30-40 minutes and then would stop. I just took a nice, long, hot shower and they've had more of a regular pattern. I'm trying to judge it so I do most of my contracting at home. I don't want to lay in a hospital bed all night especially since lying on my back slows the contractions, I also don't want to misjudge since we have a 30 minute drive to the hospital. I called my friend Doral and put her on notice. We're going to take Donovan to her house on our way and then she'll drop him off at school tomorrow morning.
I'm in a bit of pain, but I know the end result is going to be so worth it. Wish me luck and I hope I have some more definitive news to share! If you don't hear from me, you'll know why!!
