I'm getting on the move trying lose 15 lbs- I walked 3.5 miles at the park this morning! My mid section is still a little sore from all that belly I was carrying around from the pregnancy- but I walked through it. My next step is to work on strenghthening it up.

Hey I saw that waterfall a couple of years ago when we were in Puerto Rico. We went to the rainforset and started to drive up into the cloud forest and had to turn around - my husabnd hates heights and said he couldn't drive up there anymore! It is a beautiful place to see.
