Are Graphic 45 papers phenomenal or what? I swear they bring out the best in me!! I pulled a lot of metal embellishments (zipper, brads, book plate, pins) to use on this LO thanks to a challenge over at Scrapper's Block...yeah, I think this may be my new fave layout!! (ETA: created using a pagemap)

I was 25 years old and 40 pounds lighter
Troy and I had lived together for almost 2 years (Stuyvesant Village in Union)
It was Mother's Day; I was on my was to Veronica and Anthony's wedding
I had been at my job for 1 year
The world was getting over that whole Y2K thing
I had no idea that I would become a mother of 2 boys that I love more than anything
I was working on my Master's degree (never finished though)
Troy and I travelled to Cancun, Mexico in August
We were engaged November 5th

Just look how the Blingz shine here. I do a little happy dance every time I see it!
Here, I added it to one of the clocks that I pop dotted for a little visual interest.
I layered a bunch of my current favorite products here.
The entire layout is mounted on cardboard that I painted black and lime green. Paper tearing and curling add dimension to the bottom of the layout, and the journaling was printed on adhesive transparency then cut into strips so it didn't overwhelm the design.

LOVE IT!!! YOU ARE MY FAVORITE SCRAPPER - ON EARTH - SERIOUSLY and while you were in Union, I was across the street on Mill Road living in that small building by that diner.
