From The Bottom Of My Heart

Words can not begin to describe how thankful I am for each and every one of you magnificent ladies who sent up beautiful words of prayers and offered many, many kind words of support for my family and I during the most difficult moment in our life. I am extremely sad to report that I did lose the baby, but I assure you that I am on the road to recovery mentally, spiritually, and physically. I have always believed in the power of female friendships and the actions of all of you have even further reconfirmed that belief! Thank you so very much!

So sad that you lost the baby, but happy that you are healing already. I kind of know what you are going through... Not from me personally, but a couple of years ago my best friend was pregnant with her first baby. She has fertility problems, so when she finally got pregnant everyone was estatic! When she was about 23 - 24 weeks along, she went in for just a check up. Her doctor couldn't find a heart beat. They scheduled for her to come in a day later... A DAY LATER... and confirmed that the baby had indeed died. So... ANOTHER 3 DAYS PASSED, that she had to carry her unborn baby, knowing that she had died before they could do a D&C. When she finally delivered her, they discovered that the baby had Turners Syndrome. And the baby was far enough along that she got a birth/death certificate and a burial. It was a very sad time, but it's things like this that make us stronger...

And you will always have a spirit waiting for you in Heaven.

Oh Tanisha, I am so sorry about your loss. I don't know totally how you feel...but I have a little bit of an idea as I've been down a road very similar to this. I had a miscarriage when my 5 year old was 14 months old. Fortunately, I was only 6 weeks along. But a loss nonetheless.

I am glad to hear that you are on the road to recovery and hopefully, you'll be able to give us all some good news in the not so distant future :-).

Take care and know that your blog friends are here to you. Take care.

Oh my dear friend...

I am so sad for your loss. Words are so hard to come by when things like this happen. I wish I was close to give you a BIG HUG!

About 3 years ago my sweet best friend went threw the loss of her baby as well and it was such a hard and sad thing to deal with. She was about 8 months when they found out that the babies heart didn't develope right. he was born a month later and had many Sug's. Then at one month old...his sweet little heart just couldn't go any longer.

I do with all my heart believe you will see that baby in heaven someday. God loves you to much to not let you see that baby again. :)

My prays go out to you and your family. in these hard times...my you feel my love from california :)
