Is It June Or August?

Oh my goodness, it's hot here- really hot!!! The temps reached 99 degrees and the heat index made it feel a lot hotter! I stayed in the house for most of the day- only leaving to take Xan to get his immunizations and to pick Don up from pre-school. Days like this make me yearn for the beach! This shot is from our vacation last summer, boy I'd love to be perched in one of these chairs right now!

Anywhoo! I made this awesome mini album for the contest at myscrapbooknook.com using an album from myacrylicalbum.com! This was just too fun all around. To read the journaling and supplies I used click here

If you haven't tried your hand at acrylic albums, you simply must!! I adhered transparencies to each page to give it a little extra something! For tips and techniques click here.
